Hello from the Bayou

I'm Gina.  Welcome to my home!  I purchased and am slowly restoring this 100 year old Craftsman farmhouse that sits facing the ancient Bayou Bourbeaux.  We are located in Clarence, Louisiana,  If you are familiar with the area, it's about 15 minutes from Natchitoches, LA.  My home is close to Montgomery, Robeline, Coushatta, Saline, Black Lake, and  Campti, Louisiana.  We are a short hour drive to Alexandria and about an hour and a half from Shreveport.  We are centrally located to Northwestern University (Go Demons!) but sufficiently rural at the same time.  
 

The house is a four bed 2 bath 2400 square foot home.  We have three rooms in our BnB; we call it a BnB and it is but it is not fancy like some accommodations.  We live here.  It’s an old house and it will have its quirks.  But that’s part of why we love it and want to share it with you!  Think of this BnB as going to stay at a friend’s home but it has a few fun features (like our adorable dining room and all the fun games we have outside).  We will definitely spoil you with treats and southern hospitality.  We just aren’t super fancy.  I feel guests should know this when they book
 

King bed downstairs with a shared bath, upstairs queen room with a private bath and upstairs with two twin room with shared downstairs bathroom. Our home sits on 3 acres on one side of 1226 and we have 9 acres on the other side, which parallel the bayou.
